In life, there will always be ups and downs.

In wave-boarding, the key thing is to ride the wave instead of drowning in the waves.
If the entire journey was smooth-sailing, we wouldn't appreciate the calm sea at all. There must be a storm first, then we would see the rainbow after the storm.

Hey readers, Ever have that feeling of not being able to sleep because you just couldn't sort of your thoughts? I'm sure that many of us have that feeling, at least once. To be honest, I could have just gone to bed without blogging and I know that I would be able to sleep well.
